I cannot test it now, but try extracting attached archive over ./eo/ini/ directory.
There are 2 files:
font.ini - the font selection (don't know if it's actually used anywhere)
StrRes.ini - string resources. Most of changes happened to this file.
Please backup those files first (so you don't have to patch it again) and tell us if it worked.

1) open up your text doc
2) press ctrl+H
3) put the value your trying to find
4) put the value you want to change it to under it
5) click replace all
i made this becuase ive had lots of people on msn asking me how do you edit so fast and was getting annoyed
