i wonder ...seein as noone else has tried to mod it
anyone think they're up to trying to mod the 3DEffect.ini/cfg wtfe it is to get rid of effects WITHOUT getting rid of the visual chat system?
Edit: IDK which section this would go in, seeing as none of them has anything to do with effects or what have ya...so umm yeh do as u see fit
