DMA > External > Internal — that’s the best priority order if your account is important to you.
No matter what you use, I’d strongly recommend staying away from any write features or rage features like aimbot and no recoil. BSG has added much better server-side checks for this kind of behavior, so those features carry a much higher risk.

If you don't have enough budget for DMA or just don't cheat all year round well going with an external is definitly worth it for EFT
Only got banned once on EFT but I'm still using the same account for over 6 months now, used kernaim/EC/Foxyz on it and my acc is still good
If you want your main to last longer on other games with more annoying anticheats DMA is a good solution but for Tarkov you're pretty safe tbh

External scene is chilling at the moment, replying cause you mentioned looking at my product, released almost 3 years ago and has never been detected.

If you don't have a good budget go for externals as they are the safest option and if you want smooth ESP/chams go for Internal.

If you have an account you care about and have the budget for it, I'd go with DMA.
If you don't mind the slightly increased risk, externals are fine. Just stick with a trusted and reliable provider, such as SyntheticSkill, Foxyz, or Yazzn. Yazzn does have a tendency to disappear sometimes, but he's still reliable overall.
I personally use SyntheticSkill and have for around 3 years without any issues. I used to use his external paired with DMA for the extra run speed, but now I only use his DMA, which is the best on the scene IMO. It would be a 10/10 if he ever finished the KD Dropper @

What has been written is true. Most cheats have been doing fine for a long time now. But since you asked for the dos and donts. You will run into players that can have you banned immediately. If you want to last you need a cheat with RELIABLE player stats that warns you about sherpas etc. I haven't found a single one that does this perfectly and this has gotten me banned in the past with NC. Only wingelware is pretty close, i'd say 9/10 players I run into have proper stats displayed.

to not get banned and last long there are 2 options, the first is dma with an only memory reading cheat, externals are good too! so you dont need hardware but better if its private which prevents many users from entering. thats my opinion. been cheating in tarkov since 2019. cheating even now with unheard and 2600 hours

External in this game is still safe and good for EFT especially if you're on a budget.
We all know DMA is better but go for that only if you want to go all out and long term

For EFT externals are just fine. Most providers never get detected or at least I havent seen anyone popular get this year unless its garbage paste.
