Purchased account soft banned?

I keep getting an authorization error sometimes in game and when I relaunch the game, my entire inventory is reset, not the stats. Everything gone including money.

i changed all the details on the acc including 2 factor other than the email because it was changed recently but other than that, im the only person on the account.

If you have two factor authentication enabled, no one can log into your account. It's most likely a bug. Just create a ticket with BattlEye support and explain the issue.

Why would he contact BattlEye support for a problem with a Battlestate games product? He should just email the EFT devs...

My friend have this problem too, we don't know how but he use with another player the account. He do replace on g2g, now good but have same problem, on my friend, it's because there is a another player in account. Pw, mail, 2fa change dont work too, there is a no soft ban like this. If u do RMT, maybe account reset and a temp ban but pretty sure its dont work like this.

Where did you buy the account from? Might help figure out if it's flagged or reused
