Based on my own experience i would prolly grab Dopamine ESP Only, comes with great visuals and a really good item filter, active quest item etc.
Even an own integrated spoofer but products needs an USB

ESP only cheats and full featured ones get detected in the same kind of ways. Anti-cheats, specifically battleye tries to detect the software, not the functionality (to keep it in simple terms)
