Very high KD has never been shown to be the reason for a ban. Ive seen people with 100+ KD, lvl 68 and not banned. Personally been going strong for 2.5 years, always 30+ kd and never been banned.

Yeah high kd alone wont get you banned, it depends on how you get that kd. Just farming rogues without dying will raise it quickly without much of a ban risk, if you wipe lobbies while speed hacking and flying around the map then thats a whole different story
