As with every game. Normal K/D, dont kill streamers and dont wallbang lol.
In any case, getting manual banned in EFT is very hard and only happens if you really go for that rage or kill streamers.

dont prefire unless u 100% heard them or know they are there, dont always hit the same area, cause i know if u have a pistol and headshot a pmc 5+ times in the same spot they will report you, also to avoid reports play on a eod account

Simply play as close to a legit player as possible. (ESP only will do the job)
