Maldova is the only cis server i believe, had to search through wikipedia to figure out what countries count as "cis"

on g2g if you buy from a vendor with auto delivery itll be delivered instantly, you probably need to verify because you paid with paypal (or a similar payment provider with a similar chargeback policy)

Everytime I tried to buy something it would say pending and then would say I have to send them my ID
