I'm just curious, are ACs really checking browser tabs like that? I had some of those windows open and played a game using EAC. Would they really flag and ban someone just for having paid cheat browser tabs open?

BE is focused on monitoring game files and processes, they can also detect other programs and activities on your computer that might be related to cheating, including open browser tabs.
That being said, it's important to note that just having paid cheat browser tabs open doesn't necessarily mean that you will be flagged or banned. BE take a wide range of factors into account when deciding whether or not to take action against a player
