no one can say it. u can wait to use ur cheat after a patch if your provider saying it is still ud u can start so u are on the safest side but i know also they maybe dont make a directly bannwave, u can still get a bann what was detected maybe 2-3 patches earlier. so no one can say u how safe it will be and u cant know it earlier. u just need a good provider that is looking everytime if anything changed in anti cheat after all patches
