Never really heard of hourly subscription and they would probably not be worth it.
There are some reseller cheats been sold for day subs. Stealthmode has day subs for example.

You can make all tournaments u want.
As long ur doing it right.
U might need to make a class for every tournament, so u dont
get confused.
In FHO, we have a class (.cs) file for all tournaments were using.
You can use this as a reference for how we made our tournaments.
