Possible method for cheap region free game
1. Connect to website from your region and check in the bottom if it's correct (Europe in my case)
2. Activate russian VPN and click on the edition you want (Don't reload the page)
3. Select any payment method to check that the price is in rubles
4. Go back in the list of payment methods and deactivate the VPN. now the price should still be in rubles but with the VAT of your country applied (still cheap as it's calculated on russian price)
5. Complete the payment
Theoretically, the game should be in your region since the page was loaded without a VPN and your region is indicated at the bottom. Also, the payment is made without the VPN.
