Quick guide for the people it's not working for:
1. Jump in - You'll be teleported back out
2. Jump in again
3. Fall for 3 Minutes
4. Alt F4
5. WAIT IN THE RECONNECT SCREEN FOR 5 MINUTES
6. Reconnect - Hold W while it says "awaiting session start"
7. Once u see your Character u hit Caps for covert or just hit shift for endu
(once u hit shift u get the exp)

Does anyone know which but gets the exp to level faster? Should I be falling out the map for longer? Or holding W after I relog for longer? The exp for me seems pretty slow

I got endurance and health all in 1 go. Should wait till your arms are spazzy like crazy, like it's almost invisible
also make sure you guys are freelooking the entire time, before you start the run and jump, once you hit the corner freelook right quickly right when you touch wall, and you'll clip through

move while over weight, its cheap to throw on a pilgrim backpack and fill it with some shotgun ammo

i can get out but i don't get any exp. and if i reconnect, i will spawn again in the room. so doesn't work anymore
nvm... i got it... its just too bad explained 
@ 
you should aim at the corner, then you aim a little more right on the wall.
and look at the ground while jumping !
