They can only detect files with flagged signatures. If you are using a public or very popular hack, its likely battleeye will detect it. USB, desktop or your <user> folder - it won't make a difference where it is.

If you are using a private cheat with a very small user following, it is very unlikely that the file has been already flagged by battleye.

BlackCipher performs a check to see if you have certain web pages open when you are running Combat Arms. It is strongly advised to simply close your web browser while running the game. This should resolve many detection issues. If you have M*GH open when you start the game, in under 5 minutes (Average) the game...
English - Question regarding speedhack detection
09/28/2007 - General Gaming Discussion - 2 Replies
Hey all, I can't figure out the offsets to update an old outdated fly hack I have so I just resorted to the casual client debug mode address. It works great except one thing...You get kicked out of game if you go too fast for too long..Mainly if you go straight ahead for about 8 seconds. My question is, Is this kick due to client speedhack detection or a server speedhack detection?? And if it's client, i assume it can be disabled. Thanks -sjxx
