That's a connection problem...we cannot help you much ,since you are using a vps contact the provider better.

My server run by vps but when after i open the server and anyone join still 5 minuts or low and get disconnct and that at all time and my vps have stronge internet please help me all thanks

To me it sounds as though your VPS does not have good enough specifications to support your server/players. Like DeadPool said, you need to talk to them.

easy answer..
you need find VPS that have swap memory nowdays not much VPS got them..
VPS need have swap memory so when the process much than 2gb or 4gb its will swap them so by this will not kill your MSG Server...If you have high budget use dedicated 2gb or more so this will help you alots

well there is a few more there i think vps no need virtual memory whats its need is dedicated memory only if not mistaken..i dont know what function of virtual memory i am lacking of this information
