check first if mysql is running
after mysql is running be sure you know the username/pass
if you login from localhost (from your computer or server) then use localhost
most common passwords

to check the passwords , please go to the accserv directory (to start account server) and see if it is the same password
if you want it easy
then please download the easy website (can be found in my sig)
username/pass = root/test
copy your database to c:/website/usr/local/mysql/data/ (the .my and those other files)
press start.bat and you see a php admin screen popping up
as soon you see that then you can do everything you want and then you can start using navicat to
if that doesnt works eather , then you dit probaly something wrong or your firewall is blocking your mysql ports
