[QUESTIONS] All about the configuration/modification of EO P Servers

guys.. i would like to know how to change the following

1. starting level. (how to change the starting level after creating a new account)
2. composing rate (with middle rates 20-30 markup)
3. modifying map to Safe Zone and Unsafe Zone.
4. NewbieGift appears in the inventory and disappears after right clicking
(i followed the NewbieGift Release.. yes the Bag appears in my DB but it doesnt spawn to the inventory of a newly created char)
5. Weapons from Conquer Online is pointed in the wrong direction (how do i modify this just like other weapons in EO or CO weapons are not compitable with EO?)

i would really like to know for those people out there to help me.. and more about the DB in EO.. thanks in advance..

5- You need to edit its c3 file, edit it to make exactly like eo c3.

yes.. i already search it in the forum..
1. no topic i couldnt find for this one.. (thats why i asked)
2. yes, i found a topic about this one (just asking for pros if they know how to make a middle composing rate for the eudemon rbn rqr.
3. i havent search about this one.. i guess i look it for myself then.. maybe it has something to do with the cq_map i guess
4. already did but still it doesnt spawn..
