ctl f and search there are hundreds of lines if each and ever single person in this section can search and read you can as well. no one will hand you over everything in a silver platter seriously just search it out its there if you just look copy past what you need and you will find each line that you are looking for its very simple.

step one open cq_actions
step two click ctl + f and the search box opens
step three copy past first part example : Knight~round~table~has~been~fixed.
step four keep clicking the little button to the right that says FIND
step five if its not on the first page go to the next page and repeat step 4 then step 5 over and over and over TILL YOU FIND IT!

see simple not brain surgery, even you can do it
