does anyone have VIP NPC file ? .. anyone know how to add vip to other ppl ?

You can't add/take away vip through the game. All you can do is check the vip levels.

If i understand you correctly, and thats a rarity lol, you want to know how to increase someones vip?
If i am correct its in cq_account, under vip. I am not sure how high it will go.

If i am wrong, just ignore me, everyone else does lol.

he said you can't add/take away vip through the game lol. if you want do that u must have access to the DB and edit it on account column VIP
