[HELP]Castle cant up level .

I have been searching for solutions to this problem. but still can't found. if anyone knows about this problem please help me. my castle server can't up level .anyone got solutions about my problem .?anyway i'm using candy db .and thanks .

delete what u have in cq_castle_lev_req and put this
