Since you left your server name default, Im going to say you didn't hex edit your shell.dat file inside your gameserver folder. So its not making an active connection.

If you've hex edited your shell.dat and still get the error, you will have to recheck all your config files to make sure they all match up.

Check all server Port...
your port setting is wrong!!
