chars level 139 cant login game . why ???

u must go to navicate and go to cq-user
an click right on it and choose design and there will be find lvl change it from smallest to int

same error although i have made cq_config id 10 , type 2001 and data1 139

so what i need to do else ?

did you actually used a script to make level higher than 137? Its posted on the forum.
