People cant login to game?

ok so i double checked if every ip and every little thing was right. in Account.ini,Config,ini/Confing.ini,Shel.ini,Shell.dat? and in mysqlwinadmin and after every thing people cant log in? can anyone help ???

my firewall is down and so is my antivirus.. Ok well i delted the Revolution DB and added the ManniquinFull*OldSchoolEO* and it worked ?? wtf ??

get with the program >.> oem is how the client connects to the database you can find the oem.ini and the oem.dat in the ini file in the client mayeb the mannequin worked cause the oems were 127.0.0.1 whereas the other ones weren't? just taking a guess their

Can teach me how to do that .?My pc got same problem .After it says welcome to eudemons online then error come out with unknown language .
