Knights Problem !!!!!!!!

could any one help me or just say how to make it fixed ?

to appoint this eudemons here its must be 30 star or higher , but its just 3 star and able to appoint here ????

its saying you have a 30* pixie, Its the first first pixie shown and Yeah you can appoint but You won't have Wings until 5*

i can appoint the pixie that have 3 star , also the image showing its must have 30 star , so how it that ?
