Need Help MSG server and NPC server wont run

Hi everyone, need help the msgserver and npc server didnt run .only run on 3sec, tried to do offline but wont work.

change region and time zone before even extracting the files.
be sure mysql is active

thanks for the reply, i did follow the video step by step what i did wrong just not sure. i didnt change the server name too. must be something else is wrong?

if they run for only 3 seconds it could be a ram issue maybe

previously i had this server on the same computer . totally fine, that was before my computer had it reformat for cleaner setup. so i dont think is the ram , any other idea?

make sure host is edited and replaced properly aswell

yes host is edited , the .ini , .cfg also is correct. the video didnt mention to change any port. im so confused

So, for me, I was not able to get 1654, 1655, and few other never versions to run on Windows 11, all had 3 second shutdown issue.

I had to make a dual boot on my PC with windows 10 and 11. Can only run never versions on Windows 10. Was pretty easy to make dual boot, I used Google AI to assist me.
