Need Help MSG server and NPC server wont run

Hi everyone, need help the msgserver and npc server didnt run .only run on 3sec, tried to do offline but wont work.

files im using via this link

thanks for the reply, i did follow the video step by step what i did wrong just not sure. i didnt change the server name too. must be something else is wrong?

if they run for only 3 seconds it could be a ram issue maybe

previously i had this server on the same computer . totally fine, that was before my computer had it reformat for cleaner setup. so i dont think is the ram , any other idea?

make sure host is edited and replaced properly aswell

yes host is edited , the .ini , .cfg also is correct. the video didnt mention to change any port. im so confused
