However, I think a "Moderator, Owner, Whatever" has to ignore the Swore.
So thats (for me) not a reason to ban. however, your server, your rule`s.
Its just my opinion 
(not complaining hes banned, I don`t even know him)
(talking about in-game not forums.)

He was also jailed for compose botting, but yea i understand where you are coming from.
i don't mind people swearing in general, but if its directed at someone then i care.
