Start off with a unedited shell.dat and use your favorite hex editor to edit it. Otherwise you can use this:

i edit shell.dat with hex editor every time and work great and when i put the id that i get from Dyndns msgserver won't connect with accserver

What do you mean by this? what id?

You give your IP to dyndns so they can forward a hostname to an IP so when others type eudemons-r-us.servegame.info it goes to 41.12.7.360. Any IP you use in your server configs is going to be your external IP address like the address you get when you go to .
