As for the inter face , try finding any client files that has them placed in the right spot, copy that clients gui.ini into your client (make a back up of yours). i dont fully understand how the gui works but its a step.

and no we cant just copy and replace gui some of them wont change unless i put them manually and update them inside ani file.
