Help Creating a New EO Server

Hello Guys, have more 10 years a had a EO server, but now i think to back, my doubt its, what base i use? included Db + Servers Files, with less bugs possible? Thanks

New engine is much better, especially if you've spent the last 10 years working on old files, so much in the new files that is different and you can learn more especially if your like me and do it as a hobby rather then a job.
