not sure what .C3 stands for, but its all graphics, like .DDS

.c3 is a 3D Model of the cloths, mount etc. Tq created the file type.

Adding onto Knight Hawks It is a 3D Model, but it is a 3D Rendering of the item in question. It is what basically makes the item 3D so you can see it in full view instead of just a flat picture.
