how can i change the npcs lookface

I would like to know how I change the lookface because every time I create a npc it stays like the blue warrior pet

check npc id in client side make sure it exist. or create new npc and id with existing lookface dds in npc.ini

where is the npcs looface dds on the client?

Check in ur client folder data\npcface for icon (i guess)
