[HELP]How to change password on WinMysql!!

Helo everybody...Today i would like to ask about something important in DB part i am believed that maybe some people know about it and some people didnt..I wanna ask how to change password in winmysql..coz if default user and password its root and test..so how i am gonna to change it...Please give me some guides or any links that can help me solve this problems...

As we know if in Acc server,Msg Server and Npc server have files thats asking for DB password right?
so if i make db user as root and db pass as 12345 so how to make winmysql same user and pass?
coz if default user and pass is root and test so how to change it to root and pass 12345...

where i need to change DB password and winmysql pass too..
Really need helps regarinf this problems hopefully some people who have this knowledge can share this..

Go to your "Windows" directory and look for the "my" file, change your user and password there and save.

but if i changed in my.ini files for example user : root and pass : 12345 so do i need to change in server files in db password too like that?what files in server do i need to configure...

You need to change anywhere that has to connect to your MySQL, so yes. You can backtrack one of these guides here and simply re insert your new user and pass anywhere that requires the default "user" and "pass" a.k.a. "root" and "test".

so account dll also need to configure or what..i am getting confused maybe u can make some list what files need to change..so i can easily understand..sorry i am too young in this make server part so i really count in anybody that can help me...

i dont recommend changing sql passwords for server files , it may be in some exe files .. or the files which u dont edit..

For security in ur Navicat manage users and see if any user has sing like this "%" if any user has it just delete that user.
