The point was that the DB candy don't work here. I follow the tutorials of How To setup a server.

- MySql user and Password: root and rufeng.

DBHost will remain 127.0.0.1 since its hosted locally. As for the Shell.dat you either use the Shell.dat editor that's around the forums, or you hex edit it. You can't use Notepad to edit that file, it corrupts it.
