[Help]Server Hosting and Windows 10?

Heya,

I've been trying to get a server set up locally to basically play around with the actual PM commands and coding and such (because I'm bored and have nothing else better to do with my life), and I'm running into an issue with MySQL mainly. (The program with the traffic light). It goes red and stays there, even though I input the correct information. It does also mention "No Driver/Driver 3.51 missing [I assume this is .NET Framework, which I should be up to date on.]

Also, the Account Server keeps crashing. I'm assuming it's something related to MySQL doing what it's doing.

Any suggestions?

run your server in a vm like in virtual box or something like that instead of on your own computer.... you will have problems trying to connect to it from the same computer its hosted on anyways

Just run winmysqladmin.exe as Administrator, it will fix that issue.
