Problem with New Pet IDs and ThunderJuice
People, somebody know about this error commented for louise32 ?
Cause i have the same problem, and dont know how solve this,
I want use the same IDs of TQ to new Pets and Mounts.
107 2710 -> 107 6710
107 2720 -> 107 6720
107 2730 -> 107 6730
107 2740 -> 107 6740
But when i use ThunderJuice, the Pets transform in Old Pet corresponding at your IDs how this:
1072710 -> 1071710 = 1079710
1072720 -> 1071720 = 1079720
1072730 -> 1071730 = 1079730
1072740 -> 1071740 = 1079740
Color Red = New ID without Thunder
Color Blue = Error, cause this is Corresponding Old ID
Can somebody help in this?

i have this problem as well, but only luise32 knows the fix for it as her Server ForgottenRealms have more than 100 eudemons, maybe she will make a realse/guide how to do it so pets wont go back to coresponding ids, i hope she does it.

pretty sure FR run a query at matain time
would be something like this
UPDATE cq_eudemon SET item_type = 1079710 WHERE (item_type= 1072710)

Well it would be great to find out how she does it (luise32) because for a server like mine i can't keep replacing eudemons as i allready have 100 eudemons in my server.

Firstly, i thank at all you, for helping.
This dont work fine, "to this problem type".
because when you use the ThunderJuice, your Pet will Thunder, and ID 1072710 -> 1079710, and not need you make Relogin to that Pet be Transformed in Old Pet.
If you make Evolution on Pet Level 20, the Transformation happens Immediately, without needing to make Relogin.

Sorry for double-post.
I made something, that in Brazil we call GAMBIARRA here,
I have blocked the use of THUNDERJUICE in Pets with bigger ID that 1071999.
If you have this error that I have, and not still fixed, only run these 3 script lines and make tests to look the result
Code:
UPDATE cq_action SET id_next = 6001037 WHERE id = 6001030;
INSERT INTO cq_action
(id, id_next, id_nextfail, type, data, param)
VALUES
(6001037, 6001038, 6001031, 523, 0, "magic_defense > 1071999");
INSERT INTO cq_action
(id, id_next, id_nextfail, type, data, param)
VALUES
(6001038, 0, 0, 126, 0, "YOUR MENSAGE TO EXPLAIN YOUR PLAYERS ABOUT THIS ERROR");
But i want and need to find other solution, if somebody have the Fix and Can, share with we ^^

blocking thunder juice will not fix the issue completely, the new id pets will turn into the corresponding old id pet through thundering normally through composing, you HAVE to force them to turn thunder by yourself, we use a script for this issue that runs directly into the database every 15 mins, it also changes any pets back to the new id if some player on the server uses thunder juice, I cannot give you the fix right now as i am not on my comp, but i will speak to my team about releasing it later when i get home.

If you do release it ( I DO HOPE YOU DO)! then that means having unlimited eudemons.and thaqt would be great, i have 79 eudemons to add to the server, including all new TQ eudemons. so please release the script, you'll help us all out.

I know that myself and my husband own FR but as you can understand anything we release is decided upon by the whole team, so as i said will will most definately speak to them when i get home this evening, and hopefully have a release for you guys later today.
But please understand IF we do release this, it is only a fix for the ids starting with 1072XXX 1076XXX nothing higher so if you needed to go over those ids you would need to re do the script.

I know you wrote the script for us, and yes you could re write it, all i am saying is i cant release it right now as i am not on my comp and dont have access to the dedi right now and i always talk to the team b4 we release anything it is the least i can do for their help with FR, i dont see an issue with releasing it at all.

i know it wasnt the full script or anything i just gave them a VERY fast written script without really thinking about the workings of it ...

But that's exactly how I didn't want it to come across. (Not sure if you wanted it to sound like that either though)
FR is one of very few staff of a private server I actually respect.

no i didnt mean it like that at all .... it did come out the wrong way though
yea well there are a lot of server owners which a few of us dont really respect
