Unhappy unknownsoulz connection prob???

hey i just downloaded unknownsoulz and i can connect to it iv made my account i type in my username and password hit enter and it comes up with this
'Sorry About the Error Try Back In A Few'
Its been doing this for more that and hour plz help!!!!

Hallo Freunde, in letzter Zeit kann ich irgendwie gar nicht mehr 91Longju zocken. Immer wenn ich bei der Charakterauswahl einen meiner Chars wähle, kommt eine Fehlermeldung, die wieder erscheint, wenn man z.B. abbrechen drückt. Huhu hab n riesen problem, mein internet bekommt alle 5-10 mins n disconnect da hilft nur noch router resetten und pc neustarten :/ Hab n netgear router, irgendwie klappt nix mehr seit heute mittag :( kp woran es liegen könnte,... hab modem/router auskühlen lassen weil sie schon 3 tage laufen hat aber auch nix gebracht :/ bin am verzweifeln mfg medix
