ymmm out of the question... heh
well maybe not inside cq_magic like funhacker pointed(since this one is responsible for skills that are already learned and even changing structure so DB will put it always ... its not there...)... check inside cq_magictype under autolearn etc etc.. and as well if I well remember there is sth responsible that needs to be put for cerain type of eudmeon (mage, warr, pal...)..
just open, run some test
And last idea ... if you are using some kind of chinese source DB ... IT IS POSSIBLE that they put something inside cq_action that provide newly hatched pets certain skills
