Why people ask in this subforum all the time, this is a release section damnit, look the guides there are tons of them.

Go to navicat, right click Account, then design table, from there scroll down to vip and change the value to what you want so 7
then for ep you open design table for user scroll down to emoney then put the starting value of eps
