Login Overtime or maintenance

whats wrong when my eo server players get login overtime / maintenancebut i can login just fine and im using the same client with the same ips and the ips in the client are correct anyone know how to fix this problem the client makes the connection to the server but this is the errors players get.

so you mean, that you(hoster) can login and other players cant??

The server name need to be the same name ass on your account/MSG/NCP server

or you will get the message that server is in maint

be sure, your SERVER FILE'S are ok.
