[HELP] Noble rank , compose rate

hi guyz i have a problem in my server that the Warrior Pdef Mdef compose rate is extremely high like 100 rb = 100*
how can i control the rate for that edm ??
the other thing i wont , is it possible to add 1 more King/Queen rank , like make them 4 or more ???

Wow dude if i had a $dollar for everything u asked i be rich by now lol dude read the guides and such for it explains how do that
