Compose Rate??

can some one help me out my sever composes 50+ stars each compose can some one tell me how. to change it to a normal rate like eo or acme compose rates.i am new to how the eo server works ive made a UO and WoW server be for. i would like to learn more about Eo if i can get help Thank You

and how to change the starting star from 15 to [3 to 1]

you just have to play around with the cq_eudemon_rbr_rqr until u can get it at the rate u want it...

i would say try Min 500 and max 500 that should even it out a little more for you
