[HELP PLZ] Need help with Making Gold and random weapons and armour and other stuff

Hello, I am not sure if there is about thread for this i tried searching for it last night but didn't come up with anything. I need help with a few things on my private server.

1) Increasing Gold Drops
2) Making random weapon and armor drops as per lvl of mob
3) Making Edu Ranking higher when evolve. (or before if need be)
4) Also if anyone knows of a list of the items and what codes they belong too for the awarditem command.
5) Increasing XP from mobs.
6) Where to look to translate the dialog windows from the game.

Thanks for the help the only thing #3 i am looking for random weapons and armor as per monster lvl

1.

update cq_monstertype set drop_item_gold=chance you wanna 5000 for a high one

2.change that in cq_dropitemrule,groupid=cq_monstertypeid=Cq_genrat ornpctype=MonsterID
3.

update cq_grade set rarity=600(6*)or anything;

4.cq_itemtype.dat is your list lol.
5.dioblo released a sql for that.
6.cq_action.PARAM

Thank you Necron. Can you explain #2 alittle better sorry from what i get i have to use script like
update cq_dropitemrule set groupid=cq_monstertypeid=cq_genratornpctype="Monst ors id#"
And #6 i beleive you are saying i have to find anything that is not translated and manually translate it and override the untranslated text.
And number 5 can you link the thread for that i tried searching for it last night and couldn't get to it with search
