[HELP] cq_item

guyz i really need your help , the power on my server is off , and when i started the server , all my gear gone and so is the players , and icant log into the cq_item it give this error message

Make Sure your Mysql is on or it wont work

right click the table, Manage Tables => Repair Tables => then select quick or extended

Yes do that i forgot to add that but ohwell i did it for ya on Team Viewer :P

do right click on table you get an error select repair and it will be fixed
this usually happens when you are lazy to wait when server closes and force to close it
dont do it it must write data from disc chache to database before closing
