[HELP] cq_item crashing

My cq_item database has started crashing and becoming corrupt over the last couple days but I have had the server up for about 2 weeks now.

Is there some fix for this as everyone is losing their items and I have to keep using an old backup.

Is there some sort of limit on how much data can be in the one db. If so how can it be increased ?
