Couple Of Probs ^_^

Ok So i added the vampire horse Using this Its all added correctly , but when i go to mount the horse , i mount it perfectly but when i go to actually move with the horse , its legs or anything doesnt move it just stands still and looks like its sliding accross the map instead of walking XD any ideas of how to fix this?
