you cant be a leecher and expect people to spoonfeed you. learn the basics using wammp mysql and learn how navicat works.

However i would go for MYSQL+MYSQL GUI Tools as they are more noob friendly

After joining this forum, i know a lot of thing and i set up my server all by my own.

Just dont use others for ur own benefit, this is development forum.

There are a lot of people that will help u setting up ur own server.

All u have to do is learn..
