[Help Messager Server prob]

Ok i tryed port forwarding and change my ips to my ip and it didnt want to connect so i change all my ips back to what they needed to be and tryed running my server like i did before but i keep getting this when i run message server ....

and my log file says this ..
21:49:02 Message: Load config.ini failed!
21:49:11 Message: SHELL: CLOSE key pressed
21:49:12 Message: SHELL: Server closing...
i look at my config ini nothing looks wrong i know what i am doinig cuz i can make a server run in 5 mins , but sense i did the port forward it wont run at all .....

ive done everything possbile i can to try and get this t run for me it just doesnt want to i really apperciate it if u can help me and ty

seems that pally server files have problems with windows vista.. many people get this problem in vista.

It works FINE with Vista x84
I have VISTA Home Premium
And its working fine &-& Non hamachi

a friend of mine cant run it on a 64 bit system. even when i gave him my identical db for hosting, it doesnt work on his com but works on mine.

umm it works fine i have x64 jsut being gay when im trying to portfoward :?/
