Use this query:
update cq_monstertype set drop_item_chance=drop_item_chance*10;
update cq_monstertype set drop_money_chance=drop_money_chance*10;
update cq_dropitemrule set chance=chance*10;

It updates the chance to 10x
If want to increase it more change 10 to any number you want.
