Have Problem To Login Game~

I Already Make All Working~ But When I Open Soul N Try To Login Its Said Server Down~ =_="

as i see in the pic the msgserver is not working you must edit all the server configs well and make all the same in IPs and the server name and better use 127.0.0.1 IP as you are still in the beginning then open client folder==>ini==>oem.ini & oem.dat and make the server name and the IP like the server configs.

1 More~ DB IP Should I Chnge To 127.0.0.1 Or Just Put loacalhost?~

localhost means 127.0.0.1 so you have to put 127.0.0.1 in the DB configs and in the oem.ini and oem.dat too just to login into the server.
