Heres some of my questions:

How can I acess the /createmonster and /testmonster PM command? (In the ******** thread they said they could but I can't, they also said that most of the commands can only be acessed through DEBUG mode)

How can I acess Debug mode?

How do I use the code /eud_setlev?
